Brother Michael has been with Rincon GMC since 2016. His wife is Cheryl Finn and they have three adult children, Abigail, Samantha, & Caleb and two dogs, Buddy & Lilbit. He has been in the pastoral ministry since 2000 and has degrees from BA Columbia International University Bible with double minors in Pastoral Ministry and Church Ministry; MA Asbury Theological Seminary Christian Education; MDiv. Asbury Theological Seminary. Brother Michael enjoys fishing, watching NASCAR, O gauge 3 rail model trains, tinkering on his old truck, Christmas decoration and celebrating the birth of Christ to the world and spending time with family.
Rev. Karen Prevatt
Associate Pastor of Prayer & Outreach
Karen has been and Rincon GMC since July 2024. Her husband is Michael. They live on Wilmington Island with her mother Joan and cat, Chloe. She has been in ministry since 1988, and received her degree from ___. She enjoys dark chocolate with nuts and texting friends and family (including her church family!). The most important thing to know about her is that she loves Jesus because He first loved her and she wants other to know about His love. She has also has experienced the truth of what John Wesley said, "Prayer is where the action is!" and looks forward to joining other in the action.
Rev. Ralph Long
Associate Pastor & Worship Director
Ralph has been with Rincon GMC since 2008. His wife is Janie and they have 2 children, Josiah and Julianna. He holds music degrees from East Carolina University, Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, University of Louisville, and Georgia Southern University. Ralph is currently pursuing the D.A. in Music and Worship Studies from William Carey University. In 2023 he became an ordained deacon in the Global Methodist Church. Ralph enjoys playing the piano for schools in Effingham County and with the Coastal Odyssey Jazz group. He also enjoys swimming and studying maps.
D'Ve Wilkins
Office Administrator
D'Ve has been with Rincon GMC since 2007. Her husband is Barrie and they have 2 dogs, Molly & Ranger and 1 cat, Peaches. She received her degree in teaching & Master's degree in Instructional Technology from Georgia College & State University. She enjoys gardening, taking care of her chickens, reading and technology.
